Tina Koplowski
Mixed Race (Caucasian/Negro) Female. Lawyer.
Mass Alteration - Self. Shaper. Controller. (Will develop Mass Variation - Other.) Gen 2. Originally worked in DC, got a job in and moved to New York to be close to the institute to help her control her powers. Apparently a good attorney, she ain't so good with her abilities...
Bob Crepp
Caucasian Male. Kiosk Owner. 52.
Gen 1. 'X-ray vision'. Kept the fact that he was gifted under wraps for sometime. Still hasn't told his wife apparently. After a medical scare he sought guidance from the Augustine Institute. Now works part-time at the Augustine Institute with Dr. Inagaki.
Sandy Newberg
Caucasian Female. Librarian. 26.
Invisibility. Ghost Walker? Emissary? Gen 2. Elusive. Andrew has made contact with her, but she is extraordinarily shy and her new found abilities have only reinforced that. From what we can gather her invisibility extends to anything that she touches (somewhat like my Intangibility).
Aaron Billings
Caucasian Male. College Student. 19.
Gen 3. From New Orleans. Studying at NYCU. Limited Telekinesis. Can manipulate gases. Eager but doesn't want anyone to know he is gifted. Worried it might affect his college work. Father worked hard to get his college tuition. College is paramount to him at the moment.
Lisa Elway
Caucasian Female. Soccer Mom. 34.
Gen 2. Can project forcefields. Originally from Connecticut, married to George Elway, Republican Congressman for New York 20th, apparently now an ardent supporter of Gifted rights. This remains to be seen. Fogg doesn't like him very much. I've never met him. Lisa has been in once or twice, primarily to see Andrew. Has 2 kids, James 5 & Shannon 11 months. No one from the institute has seen the child yet. Gifted?
Shaun Murphy
Caucasian Male. Firefighter. 29.
Gen 1. Can control fire. Can't create it or nuttin'. Keeps his power a secret from the others who work on his truck. Has never been to the institute. Andrew meets him at 'counselling' sessions that he claims he is going to for 911 related trauma.
Billy 'Lucky' Vasquez
Latino Male. Dock Worker. 44.
Gen 1. Sixth sense, very limited teleport. Andrew Martin investigated claims of 'superpowers' amongst some dockers and discovered Billy. Billy denies he has gifts, even to Andrew. Still comes up to the institute occasionally. No one presses him on his convictions, though he glows green just like the rest of us...
Leroy 'LJ' Jones.
Caucasian Male. Musician. 51.
Gen 3. Can 'see' in the dark. Knows where everything is. For miles. Lives in New Orleans. Discovered powers during rescue efforts immediately after hurricane Katrina. Travels regularly, because staying in the one place too long gives him headaches. We haven't worked out what is causing this though it is naturally speculated that the cause is related to his gift.
Gigi Panlilio
Native Italian Female. 26.
Visiting Tourist to Washington DC in August 2004. Has relatives in New York. Works with her cousins at an Italian restaurant. Can change into rock. Indestructible. Some form of weird TK snaps back anything chipped from her rock form.
Dr. Cameron Inagaki M.D.
Japanese American Female. Physician, Diagnostician. 31.
Can remove pain and sensation. Can shut down a persons senses entirely. Once Fogg discovered she was a physician, he immediately offered her a paid role at the institute. Apparently he keeps an eye open for gifted with real skills too... Works with Bob Crepp at the Augustine Institute as the medical staff. Gen 2.

Gen 3. Knows everyones name. Their real name... Frightened father brought him to New York. Staying at the institute.
Laurie Lamont
Caucasian Female. 27.
Gen 1. Anti-Magic. Can detect and dispel magic. Resident of New Jersey. Works in New York as a professional caterer. Only discovered she had powers recently when she started to feel very odd, as if she was disconnected from the world. Contacted the institute speculatively to see if they could help. Reads comics. LL.
