I think it's probably unnecessary for me to register my jealousy at this stage. I don't quite know why Hawaii appeals to me as a destination quite as much as it does, it certainly appears to have rather saccahrine tourist trap vibes, but I still have always wanted to have a look. I suspect documentaries I saw of volcanos there have played a part, my favourite shots of lava flowing into the sea were all filmed there.
